Psychotherapy services are subject to strict professional and ethical confidentiality standards. Information shared in therapy is confidential except in limited circumstances required by law, such as risk of harm or mandatory reporting obligations. These limits are explained during the intake process.
Educational, consulting, and organisational services are not psychotherapy and do not carry the same legal confidentiality protections. Confidentiality expectations are clarified at the outset of each engagement.

We do not sell or trade personal information.
Personal information may be shared only:

- With trusted third-party service providers who support website hosting, scheduling, payment processing, or secure data storage, and only to the extent necessary to provide services
